Our facilities are designed to provide the best environment for horses and riders to train and succeed.
Location
The yard sits in County Down's Drumlins region, just two minutes hack from the picturesque Simmy Bay — a salt water inlet of Strangford Lough that serves as a daily spa for the horses after they work.
The location gives us natural hills for hacking and canter work, plus access to nearby gallops and swimming pools — an ideal mix for building fitness and producing sound, happy horses.

Equipped with show jumps and portable cross country fences, bank complex and water splash — built for serious training in any weather.
A large stock of portable cross country fences and modern show jumps used on a daily basis to school horses at every level.
On-site bank complex and water splash for schooling young horses and tuning up the seasoned campaigners before competition.
Five-horse Monarch walker used for warming up and cooling down, plus an equine solarium for recovery and conditioning.
Access to nearby gallops and swimming pools, plus natural hills for hacking and canter work — and a two-minute hack to Simmy Bay on Strangford Lough.
Equine physiotherapist visits regularly, with daily use of Equisage and magnetic therapy rugs as part of the standard horse-care programme.
On-site staff accommodation with late-night checks and 24-hour supervision. A vet is located just ten minutes away for emergencies.
